Handle-Man Limited Lifetime Warranty

FullGrip™ Handles & LeverGuard™ Locks

Handle-Man LLC warrants to the original purchaser that FullGrip™ Handles and LeverGuard™ Locks will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product under normal residential use and service.

Should a defect occur due to manufacturing, material failure, or workmanship, Handle-Man will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the product,
• Replace the product with the same or comparable model, or
• Provide replacement components necessary to restore functionality.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to products purchased through Handle-Man LLC or an authorized Handle-Man dealer, distributor, or installation partner.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

• Structural failure of aluminum die-cast components
• Defects in manufacturing or assembly
• Mechanical failure of lock or handle components under normal use
• Failure of factory-applied powder-coated finishes due to manufacturing defects
• Functional defects that prevent the product from operating as intended

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance
• Damage caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, accidents, vandalism, or improper installation
• Corrosion resulting from environmental conditions, including coastal salt exposure, chemical exposure, or lack of maintenance
• Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by unauthorized persons
• Damage caused by acts of nature including hurricanes, floods, lightning, fire, or other natural disasters
• Labor costs associated with removal, reinstallation, service calls, or transportation
• Commercial, industrial, or rental property applications unless otherwise approved in writing by Handle-Man

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

• Proof of purchase
• Product photographs showing the issue
• Description of the defect or failure

Handle-Man reserves the right to inspect the product or request the return of defective components before approving a claim.

Standard Product Warranty

Existing Handle-Man Products & Third-Party Products

Products sold by Handle-Man that are manufactured by third parties, including sliding door rollers, tracks, locks, replacement hardware, and other accessories, are covered by the manufacturer's warranty when applicable.

For products sold under the Handle-Man brand that are not designated as FullGrip™ Handles or LeverGuard™ Locks, Handle-Man warrants the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase under normal residential use.

Handle-Man's responsibility under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price at Handle-Man's discretion.

General Warranty Conditions

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Handle-Man LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, property damage, lost profits, or labor costs associated with warranty service.

Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations may not apply.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
