Do the handles come in different colors?

Yes, we offer several colors to choose from, typically matching or complementing the door color.

Does the exterior handle design guard against them being removed and affecting the security of the door’s lock?

No. In fact, on the patented Standard Handles, the method of attachment only allows the removal of the handle to allow for future service or replacement.

Do you offer Handle & Lock Kits for the DIY “Do It Yourself” or for my personal Handyman to install?

Yes, we offer many of our handles and locks in a “do it yourself” kit with easy instructions, available online from our Shop Page. The installations are fairly easy and can easily be installed by the homeowner or their Handyman. If you don’t see what you need, just give us a call and we will assist.

Do the handles you offer match existing handles that may already exist on the interior side of my door?

Yes, we offer matching handles to fit most manufacturers. In many cases, we offer enhanced options to complement your existing handle depending on your door design. Some doors have interior handles that include wood, and we wouldn't recommend that for the exterior; in those cases, we offer a metal, weather-resistant option.

Do you have a handle expert available to answer customer questions or concerns?

Do your products come with a warranty against defects?

All of our products are warranted for 1 year from the date of sale against product defects. If the product fails due to a defect, we will replace it at no cost to the customer.

Do you offer installation videos for the DIY?

Yes, we have installation instructions and videos for many of our products and are continually working to create more resources for our customers.

Do you offer in-house installation of your products?

Yes, we currently cover most of Southwest Florida and are working to expand to other areas in the near future.
